Performer Insurance

Our program is designed to cover the unique needs of performer. With customizable program options, you can tailor the policy to your terms and needs. Coverage is available for a one-time event, an annual term or anything in between.

This insurance program has been designed for the individual performer who is a sole proprietor contractor; that is entertaining the public. The policy provides protection against bodily injury to a spectator or property damage to performing premises.

Performer liability insurance protects you against the unknown. Chances are you are being asked for insurance by a venue, or a client hired you for an event. You may have never thought about purchasing insurance in the past. As a performer, anything can happen during an act. For example, if you are a magician hired to work a wedding, and your act ends up damaging the clothing (i.e., designer dress or suit) of someone attending the wedding, they may sue you for the damages. With a liability policy, you will be covered should your act cause damage to another person’s property, or if you injure someone during your act. Without a liability policy, any claims resulting from your act will come out of your own pocket.

The online program is designed for a single performer. But if you need to cover multiple performers at the same event, just let us know. We offer a group policy that can cover multiple performers at the same event. This helps save you time and money while still offering the same protection.

This insurance program is available for online quoting and purchase. After payment is processed successfully, proof of insurance will be automatically emailed to you.

Performer can get coverage for various lengths of time, ranging from just a few days, up to annual coverage. Rates for a single performer for five days or less start at $50.

The Performer liability insurance program provides protection for the Policyholder against claims of bodily injury liability, property damage liability, personal and advertising injury liability, and the litigation costs to defend against such claims.
