In Honor of Our Fallen Soldiers

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY FROM SKYSCRAPER INSURANCE

Posted onMay 22, 2020- Republish onMay 22, 2020

We’d like to take this opportunity to honor the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military.

This year Memorial Day weekend will look different for most of us following social-distancing recommendations and with restrictions and limitations remaining in place in public places (beaches, parks) as a result of COVID-19. Yet our American spirit and perseverance always prevail — particularly in the face of a crisis. We see this in our first responders, nurses, doctors and the entire medical community who have tirelessly battled the pandemic to take care of the ill and comfort family members. We see it in other essential workers delivering packages and food. And we see it in everyday Americans who are making the best of a difficult time, and stepping up and supporting those in need.

We will get through this challenging time all together with strength.

While our current environment doesn’t allow for us to celebrate with friends and family the ways we normally would, let’s not forget the fallen members of our armed forces. Without the sacrifices of these brave service members, we wouldn’t enjoy any of the freedoms we have today.
We would like to thank all of the veterans and current service members for their service and sacrifice. Your fallen brothers and sisters are remembered and we celebrate this day in their honor.

Happy Memorial Day! From Skyscraper Insurance
